Abstract:

Based on a comprehensive summary of ten-year's surveillance over land development and consolidation in China, this paper analyzes the existing issues in the surveillance. The surveillance shall be adjusted according to the land development and consolidation models. This paper, aiming at surveillance over land development and consolidation, presents some suggestions reinforcing surveillance.

摘要：

文章在全面总结近10年来我国土地开发整理监管工作的基础上，分析了土地开发整理监管工作存在的问题。根据我国土地开发整理管理模式的变化，积极调整土地开发整理监管方式。围绕土地开发整理监管体系建设，提出了加强土地开发整理行业全面监管、强化土地开发整理监管工作的思路与有关政策建议。
