Abstract:

The cycling economy as a kind of ecological economy turned the traditional economy of “resources—products—wastes” into “resources—products—recycling resources”, which can decrease consumption of resources and has minimum environmental impact to maximize the economic and social benefits. Anhui province, as of a big population, is also a big province to consume resources, but its economy stays behind the six provinces in central China. This paper expands the significance to develop cycling economy and attempts to establish a new system to develop cycling economy. 

摘要：

循环经济是一种生态经济，他改变传统经济“资源—产品—废弃物”的物质线形流动方式为“资源—产品—再生资源”的物质反馈式循环过程，其实质是以尽可能少的资源消耗、尽可能小的环境代价实现最大的经济和社会效益。安徽是人口大省，也是资源生产和资源消耗大省，整体经济发展水平在中部6省份中仍处于劣势。笔者结合安徽发展实际，阐述了安徽发展循环经济的重要意义，并尝试构建了安徽发展循环经济的新体系。
