Abstract:

Industrial damage catches much attention from governments worldwide. It is a vital responsibility for governments to keep a healthy development of their industries. This paper establishes a mathematic model to monitor the industrial damage based on a statistical data from the Ministry of Commerce from feasibility, comparability, and warning, which has been verified through case study, and presents references for governments to make relative policies and regulations. 

摘要:

产业损害在世界范围内受到各国政府的高度重视,保护本国产业的健康发展是一个国家政府的重要职责。本文从产业损害运行的客观规律出发,本着可操作性、可比性、预警性和科学性原则,根据商务部产业损害调查局的统计指标,重新构建了产业损害运行监测的数学模型,通过实例说明了该模型的有效性和可靠性,为国家政府部门制定相关政策及管理措施提供了一种新的决策支持技术。
