Abstract:

The industrial cluster as an effective economic organization becomes a dominant form among all nations in economic competitiveness in the world, and is studied as a hot point. The successful experiences concerning industrial cluster from western countries widens the contents of industrial clusters, but poor in studying the competitiveness. This paper uses the statistical tools to establish a set of index system to evaluate the mining industrial cluster competitiveness in Xiangxi and to analyze each index based on a fuzz evaluation model.

摘要：

在经济全球化的今天，产业集群作为一种有效的经济组织形式，已经跃上了历史的舞台，并成为世界各国经济竞争的一种主要的表现形式，学术界对于产业集群的研究和讨论十分热烈，特别是西方许多国家对于产业集群的成功实践，大大地丰富了产业集群这一重要课题的内容。但是在产业集群的竞争力评价方面，国内外学者的相关研究成果尚不丰富，近些年国内外学者在产业集群研究的基础上，运用统计学工具，以期建立一个较为完整有效的指标体系。本文通过对湘西矿产资源产业集群的研究，构建了湘西矿产资源产业集群竞争力指标体系，并运用模糊评价模型，对各指标进行赋分，并做出评价。
