Abstract:

This paper gives a full review on the progress of labor specialization theory which has undergone “origin-derivation-renaissance-regression-modern development”. Based on the labor specialization theory, this paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism between labor specialization and industrial convergency, finding the both have a mutual interaction, developing with same pace. The industrial convergency, depending upon the professional division, can promote the development of labor specialization thanks to its scale, low cost, innovation. This paper presents several issues concerning the industrial convergency development, which shall be a focus.

摘要：

本文首先系统地回顾了劳动分工理论的发展过程，发现劳动分工理论具有一个"源头-偏离-复兴-回归-现代发展"的发展历程。随后全文在基于劳动分工理论的基础上，系统地分析了劳动分工与产业集聚之间的动力机制，发现两者存在相互影响、逐步向前发展的动力机制。由于产业集聚的发展取决于专业化分工的深化，而产业集聚的发展又能以其规模、降低成本、协作创新的功能，进一步促进分工的发展，两者存在一个相互促进的动态增长机制。为保障我国产业集聚的健康发展，文章就我国产业集群发展过程中应重视的几个问题进行了思考。
