Abstract:

This paper, based on the connotation and characteristics of rural lands JV cooperation system, analyzes the dilemmas in the practice of agricultural lands JV cooperation system, such as irrational shareholder’s rights, uncompleted rights regulations, low-efficient organization and operation, morbid risk controls, loss of rural lands, and presents approaches how to optimize the rural lands JV cooperation system from legislation and its supporting system.

摘要：

文章在分析农地股份合作制的内涵与特征的基础上，针对农地股份合作制实践中出现的股权设置欠缺合理性、权利内容不完整、组织形式与运作缺乏效率、风险防范机制不健全、存在农地流失现象等困境，从农地股份合作制的立法完善和农地股份合作相关支持体系的构建两大方面提出了完善农地股份合作制的政策建议。
