Abstract:
The Mexico gulf oil spilling as the worst oil spilling accident in America,s history led to a bad impact on environment, economy and people,s living, and also changed its energy policies and layout. This paper, based on the technical and managing factors, analyzes the influence on security evaluation, alternative energy, technical innovation and governmental monitoring, presents lessons for China,s petroleum sector in development and management, such as technology & management, subcontractor,s accountability, renewable energy, and energy laws, aiming at offering suggestions for China,s petroleum sector.
