Abstract:

Cultural industry policies relates to the orientation and direction of one nation^,s cultural industry, and are a key part in supporting and leading a sustainable development. Geological cultural industry as a vital component in cultural industry, and shall be developed during socialism cultural construction. This paper summarizes the elementary components and features of nation^,s cultural industrial policies, and analyzes the objectives and resources construction framework, industrial organization, and industrial layout, and presents policies in promoting geological cultural industrialization from policies, planning, fund, organization, and technical support, etc.

文化产业政策关系着一个国家文化产业的定位及发展方向，是扶持和引导文化产业持续、稳定发展的关键因素。地学文化产业是文化产业的重要组成部分，大力发展地学文化产业是社会主义文化建设的重要组成部分。全面总结了国家文化产业政策的主要内容及特点，并针对当前我国地学文化产业化中存在的主要问题，提出了国家文化产业的目标及文化产业的资源建设框架、产业组织、产业布局等主要内容，分别从完善政策法规、依靠统筹规划、经费投入保障、队伍建设保障、技术支撑保障等方面提出促进地学文化产业化的政策保障措施。
