Abstract:

As renewable resources industry develops,how to reach a concerted development between it and the traditional manufacturing industry has attracted much attention. This paper presents the contents that, at one hand, recovering resources from wastes shall convert to recovering products, and at the other hand, recovering resources and products. Five specific contents are illustrated. Based on a case study on Taizhou, Zhejiang province, this paper discusses the practice and achievements and four means, and approaches from increasing domestic recycling and importing, promoting in-situ renewing, developing renewable equipments, advancing a green manufacturing and constructing renewable industry park.

摘要：

伴随着再生资源产业的发展，再生资源产业如何实现与传统制造业的耦合发展已日益引起重视。文章首先提出了再生资源产业与传统制造业耦合发展的内涵：1）从废弃物的资源化过程向资源的产品化方向的拓展；2）再生资源的产品化过程和废弃物的资源化过程的双向拓展。随后阐述了再生资源产业与传统制造业耦合发展的5个方面的具体内容，然后以浙江台州为例分析了再生资源产业与传统制造业耦合发展的具体实践及成效。在此基础上提出了实现再生资源产业与传统制造业耦合发展的4大途径。最后从扩大国内回收和进口、促进当地再生利用、发展资源回收设备、促进传统制造业的绿色转型以及资源循环产业园发展等5个方面提出了进一步促进两个产业耦合发展的相关策略。
