Abstract: Ecocivilization is the apex of humans civilization, and is an appropriate selection in front of ecological crisis. From the developing trend of the world humans civilization, this paper analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional mining mineral resources, and points out that the ecocivilization construction can change peoples ideas and actions. The theory of ecocivilization can be used to review the wasted resources and environmental pollution from traditional mining. This paper suggests adjusting the development means of mining economy, and creating new mining modes to reach a clean, saving and ecological mining under the guideline of ecocivilization.

摘要： 生态文明是人类文明发展的最高形态，走生态文明之路是人类在生态危机面前对文明形态进行深刻反思后所做出的正确选择。从世界人类文明发展的演变，中国的国情和发展变化等方面回顾了人类文明发展的趋势，分析了传统矿产资源开采弊端，指出加强生态文明建设在观念转变和实践行动方面的具体要求。用生态文明的理论全面审视了传统矿产资源开发造成资源浪费和环境污染的问题，探索调整矿产资源经济发展方式，创新矿产资源开采模式，应用生态文明理念指导矿产资源开发利用，实现矿产资源开采的清洁化、节约化、生态化。
