Abstract: This paper studies three contract modes in global oilgas resource cooperation, leased, product sharing, and risk services contract modes, and analyzes their variance in core contents, objectives and risks that the contractors are bearing and summarizes their the features. Each contract mode has its advantage and disadvantages. As the global oilgas resource cooperation market is maturing, every contract mode can embody ‘balanced principle’. Appropriate contract mode shall be selected from each countrys situation in order to reach fairness, justice and twowin.

摘要： 通过对国际油气资源合作中的租让制合同模式、产量分成合同模式、风险服务合同模式3种合同模式进行比较研究，从这3种合同模式的核心内容、追求的目标、合同者承担的风险以及特征等方面进行差异性分析，总结出它们的特点。通过对这3种合同模式的比较以及特点分析，发现3种不同的合同模式都存在各自的优势和局限。随着国际油气资源合作市场日益成熟，任何一种合同模式都体现出了“平衡原则”。在国际油气资源合作中要想达到公平、公正、互惠互利的目的，就应当从各国的实际情况出发，选择最合适的合同模式。
