Abstract: Risks are always with investing foreign mining sector，which makes it necessary to analyze risks in advance to avoid loss.This paper analyzes Chinese investors’ advantages and experiences in investing foreign mining，combined with Junefield Group‘s Don Javier project in Peru，and presents eight approaches to the risks，which come from resources，policies，labor rights，nationalism，community，terrorism and wars，including identifying the proportion of resources risk，operating projects in accordance with commercial rules，abiding by local situation in viewing deposits，not expanding mining rights blindly，selecting appropriate foreign partners，knowing when to quit and positioning in exploration market.

摘要： 国外矿业开发投资面临着各种风险，提前进行风险分析并采取合适的应对措施，可有效减少不必要的损失。分析中国矿业公司境外开发的有利条件和经验教训，并结合庄胜集团公司在秘鲁的Don Javier项目实践经验，提出了风险防范措施。国外矿业开发投资面临的风险主要有资源风险、政策变动风险、劳工权益风险、民族主义与社区风险、恐怖主义及战争风险。根据以上风险结合实际提出了正确认识资源风险在投资风险中所占的比重、按照商业经营的理念搜集信息并运营项目、矿床视角要符合当地国情、不可盲目扩大矿业权面积、选择合适的境外合作者、要选择恰当的时候退出、明确定位勘查的市场主体8条应对方法。
