Abstract: This paper analyzes the features and development situation of ore resources in Inner Mongolia’s Dongujimqin，points out the issues in resources development and presents approaches to its sustainable development，intending to provide references in reaching a concerted development among ecological environment，ore resources and economy.Dongujimqin is abundant in ore resources and mining sector owns a big proportion in its economy，but it has poor exploration degree，primitive development，less sized mines，low comprehensive use level of resources，and severe mine environmental issues.This paper presents the suggestions of reasonable layout，mining by areas，industrial structure adjustment，products structural optimization，mine environmental restoration and protection and mining circular economy.

摘要： 分析内蒙古自治区东乌珠穆沁旗的矿产资源特征及开发利用现状，指出资源开发过程中存在的问题，并提出矿产资源可持续发展对策，以期为实现东乌珠穆沁旗生态环境、矿产资源和经济效益的协调发展提供参考。东乌珠穆沁旗矿产资源丰富，矿业经济在国民经济中占有较大比例，但是矿产勘查程度低，开发利用方式粗放，规模矿山比重小，资源综合利用水平不高，矿山环境问题严峻，为此提出了合理布局，分区开采，调整产业结构，优化产品结构，恢复和保护矿山地质环境，发展矿业循环经济的建议。
