长江经济带低碳农业发展水平评价及影响因素分析

Abstract:

As an important agricultural production area in China, the Yangtze River Economic Belt still has the problem of incomplete and unbalanced development, so it is particularly important to develop low-carbon agriculture. This paper takes the development level of low-carbon agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object, constructs an evaluation index system from the aspects of output index, carbon level index and energy index, uses entropy method to measure the empowerment and comprehensive development level, and constructs a fixed effect model to study the influencing factors of the development of low-carbon agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.

The results showed that from 2012 to 2021, the low-carbon agricultural development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt showed a good trend, with the highest carbon level index score and low output index score. Economic development level, planting production structure, scientific and technological innovation input, agricultural production efficiency and urbanization level promote the development level of low-carbon agriculture, and agricultural practitioners inhibit the development level of low-carbon agriculture. Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of low-carbon agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and provide reference for other regions.

摘要: 作为中国重要的农业生产区域,长江经济带发展不全面不均衡问题仍然存在,发展低碳农业显得尤为重要。本文以长江经济带低碳农业发展水平为研究对象,从产出指标、碳水平指标和能源指标方面构建了评价指标体系,使用熵值法进行赋权和综合发展水平的测算,并构建固定效应模型研究长江经济带低碳农业发展的影响因素。结果表明,2012—2021年长江经济带的低碳农业发展整体呈现向好趋势,碳水平指标得分最高,产出指标得分较低。经济发展水平、种植业生产结构、科技创新投入、农业生产效率和城镇化水平促进低碳农业发展水平的提高,农业从业人员抑制低碳农业发展水平的提高。根据研究结果,提出能够提高长江经济带低碳农业发展水平的建议,同时为其他地区提供借鉴。
