Abstract: Promoting the deep integration of China's regional digital industry and manufacturing industry is important point. Based on the new development pattern, on the one hand, starting from the supply side and based on Chinese input-output table in 2017, this paper constructs the indicators of direct integration, indirect integration and integration interaction, and measures the digital industry and digital industry in different provinces in China. The integration effect of the manufacturing industry; on the other hand, starting from the demand side, based on the input-output table of China's provinces in 2017, the direct production induction degree and indirect production induction degree of China's provincial digital industry were constructed, and the provincial Induced dynamics of the digital industry. The research found that: (1) From the perspective of different technology types of manufacturing industries, the digital industry is positively correlated with the technology intensity of the manufacturing industry, that is, the manufacturing industry with higher technological content has a stronger demand for products in the digital sector; In terms of provinces, there are large differences in direct integration and complete integration in different provinces. The integration in the eastern coastal provinces is relatively high, while the degree of integration in the central and western provinces is relatively low, showing a spatial distribution pattern of high in the east and low in the west; There are differences in the pulling and promoting effects of the digital industry in different provinces; (3) From the perspective of inducing power, investment and exports have a greater pulling effect on "communication equipment, computers and other electronic equipment", while consumption and investment have a greater effect on "information transmission", software and information technology services" have a stronger pulling effect. Therefore, it is necessary to promote deep integration of digital industries, narrow the "digital economy gap" between regions, accelerate digital infrastructure construction, and promote the integrated development of China's provincial digital economy and manufacturing industry to empower new quality productivity,and lead high-quality development, and promote regional data factor flow.

摘要: 促进中国区域数字产业与制造业深度融合,是加快中国区域产业结构转型升级、推动新发展格局形成、实现经济高质量发展的重要着力点。本文立足于新发展格局视角,基于2017年中国地区投入产出表,一方面,从供给端出发,构建了直接融合度、完全融合度与融合互动度指标,测度了中国不同省份的数字产业与制造业的融合效应;另一方面,从需求端出发,构建了中国省域数字产业的直接生产诱发度与间接生产诱发度,探寻了中国省域数字产业的诱发动力。研究发现:(1)从不同技术类型制造业看,数字产业与制造业的技术密集程度呈现正向相关,即技术含量越高的制造业对数字部门产品的需求越强;(2)从不同省份看,不同省份的直接融合度与完全融合度存在较大差异,东部沿海省份的融合程度相对较高,中部与西部省份的融合程度相对较低,呈现东高西低的空间分布格局;不同省份数字产业对制造业的拉动与推动作用有所差异;(3)从诱发动力看,投资与出口对“通信设备、计算机和其他电子设备”拉动作用较大,而消费与投资对“信息传输、软件和信息技术服务”的拉动作用较强。因此,亟须从促进数制产业深度融合、缩小区域间“数字经济鸿沟”、加快数字基础设施建设、有序推进区域数据要素流动等方面,推进中国省域数字经济与制造业的融合发展,以赋能新质生产力引领高质量发展。
