Abstract: In order to promote the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry, actively respond to the national call for promoting the in-depth integration and development of culture and tourism, and promote the integration of culture and tourism as a key strategy, which plays a vital role in realizing industrial transformation and upgrading and enhancing comprehensive competitiveness. This study focuses on the importance of cultural and tourism integration, and uses the data of the cultural and tourism industry in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2010 to 2021, and uses the DEA model and Malmquist index to evaluate the efficiency of cultural and tourism integration in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and its 14 prefecture-level cities. The results show that: 1) Overall, the comprehensive technical efficiency of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has been significantly improved from 2010 to 2021; 2) Except for Nanning, the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the other 13 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region are all less than 1, and there is still room for improvement. 3) Except for 2019-2020, Time periods 2010-2019 and 2020-2021，the total factor productivity of cultural and tourism industry integration in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is greater than 1, which fully indicates that the integration of cultural and tourism resources in the region is deepening and strengthening. 4) The total factor production efficiency of the 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is greater than 1, indicating that the integration efficiency of cultural and tourism industries in all prefecture-level cities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is constantly improving. Based on the above results, this study finds that in order to promote the high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, it is necessary to focus on improving the quality and innovation ability of cultural tourism products, and at the same time optimize the investment scale of the cultural tourism industry to ensure the efficient use of resources. In addition, strengthening cross-regional cooperation, promoting resource sharing, and building a cultural and tourism industry chain with distinctive local characteristics are of great significance to promoting the sustained, healthy and rapid development of the cultural and tourism industry in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

摘要： 为了促进文化和旅游产业的高质量发展，积极响应国家关于推进文化和旅游深度融合发展的号召，将文旅融合作为关键战略来推进，对于实现产业转型升级、提升综合竞争力具有至关重要的作用。本研究聚焦于文旅融合的重要性，并采用了2010至2021年的广西壮族自治区文旅产业数据，通过DEA模型和Malmquist指数对广西壮族自治区及其14个地级市的文旅融合效率进行了深入评估。研究结果显示：1）整体上，广西壮族自治区的综合技术效率在2010—2021年有显著提升；2）除南宁市外，广西壮族自治区其他13个地级市的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率均小于1，尚有改进的空间；3）除2019—2020年之外，2010-2019和2020-2021的时间段，广西壮族自治区的文旅产业融合全要素生产率均大于1，该地区文化和旅游资源之间的融合程度正在不断深化和加强；4）广西壮族自治区的14个地级市的全要素生产效率均大于1，广西壮族自治区各地级市的文旅产业融合效率在不断提升。基于上述结果，本研究发现，为了促进广西壮族自治区文旅产业的高质量发展，需着重提升文旅产品的质量和创新能力，同时优化文旅产业的投资规模，确保资源高效利用。此外，加强跨地区合作，促进资源共享，构建具有鲜明地方特色的文旅产业链，这些综合措施对推动广西壮族自治区文旅产业的持续、健康、快速发展具有重要意义。
