The overlapping method has been recommended by Assessing Code of Agricultural Lands to assess the comprehensive price of confiscated lands, but not recommended by MLR's 2005 Code of comprehensive land price assessment. This paper, based on the principles of the overlapping method, combined with the practice, studies the application of this method, which has been proved to be a good method to assess the comprehensive prices of confiscated lands.
