Currently China’s land consolidation planning has not a full consideration of landscape ecology, which has impacts over the landscape ecology in project area, unfavorable for the sustainable development of the landscape ecology. This paper, based on the theory of landscape ecology, basically discusses a mode to establish the landscape ecology planning system.
