Panda's habitats in Sichuan is one of vital places of biological diversity and ecological integrality. Besides the panda, abundant biological resources and geological resources are another character for pandas habitats. This paper gives an introduction to the heritages, compares the natural heritages in the world, analyzes the unfavorable factors against pandas habitats and presents some suggestions for sustainable development.
