This paper uses Taylor index and the third industry proportion to depict China's industrial structural rationalization degree and advanced level, applies fixed effect model to reveal the impacts of heterogenous human capital, resource agglomeration and the both coupling on industrial structural advancing, and analyzes the causes of regional variance with an attempt to provide references to optimize and upgrade industrial structure. Advanced human capital is the core factor with a contribution rate of 15.31% to industrial advancing. Manufacturing and productive servicing resource agglomeration has an impacton industrial structural rationalization with a contribution rate of up to 46.93% and 28.99%. Junior and moderate human capitals are media variables for industrial advancing. Advanced human capital promotes industrial structural rationalization in central China with an impacting power 72.99%, and moderate human capital promotes industrial structural advancing in the west with an impacting power 75.77%. Manufacturing resource agglomeration contributes to industrial structural advancing in central China at 90.73%, and to the industrial structural rationalization in the west at 80.59%. Productive servicing resource agglomeration promotes industrial structural advancing in the east and industrial structural rationalization in central China with an impacting power of 89% and 82.68% respectively. The eastern China shall use advanced human capital to develop productive servicing, and their interaction to optimize industrial structure. The central and western China shall use moderate-advanced human capital and manufacturing agglomeration supply key drives to optimize industrial structure based on a balanced match of manufacturing and human capital.

Research and evaluation of geological relics resource in development and use is of sense in spreading scientific culture. This paper, based on its situation in Jianmenguan resort, selects typical indexes and uses mathematic model to divide them into correlated sub-systems. Quantitative and qualitative analysis show abundance of geological relic types with a well spatial clustering, making it of excellent resort quality and economic values. 2001 to 2018 resort information shows that reception persons, visitors and incomes have been rising since 2010. After consolidated sales in 2016, Jianmenguan city has improved in its overall development level. This research on its geological relics resource also offers references in studying the uplift of Longmenshan thrust structure zone and formation and evolution Sichuan basin.

Seen from the view of sustainable development of lands, the land utilization in Gansu province during urbanization has a few issues: a rapid demand for construction land, a big per capita land area, low land utilization and production, unbalanced urban land spatial structure, unfair land benefit. This paper, aiming to ensure a sustainable utilization of urban lands, presents some suggestions: scientific planning, optimizing land allocation based on markets, keeping balanced regional land quantities, and optimizing land environment.

The urban tourism plays a key role in the modern tourism so that the regional tourism competition lies in the urban competition. This paper establishes an index system to evaluate the urban tourism competition, applies factor analysis in software SPSS13.0 to evaluate the tourism competition of five capitals in northwest China, divides them into four categories and presents some approaches to the tourism competition in the five capitals.
