As global climate change accelerates and urbanization develops fast, urban civilization construction is confronting a big challenges  against surging urban flooding. Urban resilience infrastructure construction can be paying a key role in reducing urban flooding loss and raising ecological civilization. This paper, aiming at the topic of urban resilience infrastructure construction under ecological civilization, systematically studies 1998 to 2024 relating papers published in Wos and CNIK database, constructs a knowledge graph of urban resilience infrastructures and analyze the research trend of its impacts on urban ecological civilization by means of key words frequency, newly emerging words and quoted analysis. Research paper on urban resilience infrastructures is stably rising in amount, faster especially since 2008 showing a trend of cross-domain cooperation. Research hotspots have turned to  comprehensive measures including low-impact development, sponge cities and resilient cities from earlier engineering measures which were focused on drainage system and anti-flooding engineering, now it develops into blue-green infrastructures (rainfall garden, green roof and wet lands) combined with resilience harness, marking an emphasis on ecological functions and sustainability. Focuses on urban resilience infrastructures vary among researchers globally, most CNKI papers on risks and resilience assessment, while most WoS papers on impacts and measures of climatic changes. This study reveals a trend and an evolutionary rule of research on urban resilience infrastructures under ecological civilization construction, offering references for future studies. This paper presents suggestions on boosting ecological resilience and cross-domain integration to improve urban overall resilience and adaptability as extreme climatic events rise.

ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION DISCLOSURE, INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS AND STOCK PRICE CRASH RISKS
NIE Zhiping, WANG Ying
Resources & Industries    2022, 24 (3): 94-105.   DOI: 10.13776/j.cnki.resourcesindustries.20220527.013
Abstract157)      PDF(pc) (1082KB)(185)       Save
Development of economic society requires Chinese commercial entities bear the environmental responsibilities. This paper, based on China's  2010—2019 non-financial A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen, uses information asymmetry theory to discuss the impacting mechanism of environmental information disclosures on stock price crash, and studies the influence of institutional investors as a proof of their adjustment on the both parties' relation. Generally, disclosure of environmental information is negatively related to stock price crash, thus boosting disclosure can reduce the possibility of concealing environmental information from managing department and can mitigate the information asymmetry in capital market, which may effectively minimize the risk of stock price crash. Institutional investors play an adverse role amid the such process due to their low level and seeking short-term return. They may use their own capital and information advantages to manage companies to maximize their financial return by hiding or delaying environmental information disclosure along with managing team. Escalating information asymmetry and impacting environmental information disclosure quality may lead to a stock price crash or slump in the future. Increment of institutional investors' holdings can weaken the adverse relation between environmental information disclosure and stock price crash to some degree. State-owned companies pay more attention on environmental information disclosure due to governmental controls and supervision than private companies. Environmental information disclosure quality of state-owned companies plays an outstanding constraining role against stock price crash. This paper suggests that governments allow state-owned companies to play a leading role in operation by intensifying supervision, improving environmental information disclosure system and regulating institutional investors' acts. Stock-listed companies shall boost their internal controls to constrain stock price crash and to promote a stable capital market.

GOVERNMENT AUDIT, MEDIA ATTENTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL GOVERNANCE
CHEN Baodong, WANG Yingpeng
Resources & Industries    2021, 23 (5): 89-97.   DOI: 10.13776/j.cnki.resourcesindustries.20211014.009

Ecological civilization construction as one key content of quality economic development increasingly draws public attention, the public has an urging demand for environment governance. This paper selects China's 2009-2017 provincial panel data as the sample to study the mechanism of and path to governmental audit and media attention on environmental governance. Governmental audit and media attention are positively related to environmental governance. Audit impacts more on case sum of amount. Governmental audit improves environmental governance more if media pay more attention thanks to the governmental “hard” supervision and media “soft” supervision, the both need to be boosted to fulfill a full coverage of environmental governance audit and media supervision. Aduit administration shall pay attention on and track media's reporting on environmental cases to timely find cluses for environmental audits. Governmental audit shall coordinate with media to form a complementary hard & soft supervision effect, mutually pushing environmental governance for a green China.

REE phosphate fertilizer is produced from phosphate material with added REE. Phosphate ore in Zhijin, Guizhou province, abounds in REE, but too hard to be recovered by normal processing. This paper, attempting at the feasibility of this phosphate ore to be used for producing REE phosphate fertilizer without adding other REE, reviews the processing technology of phosphate fertilizer, and evaluates the feasibility from REE occurrence, composition, content and radioactivity, which are all consistent with the requirements of REE phosphate fertilizer production. Radioactivity is less than standard 500Bq/kg, and the total content is 0.2%, means the ore fits for producing lowREE fertilizer. This paper theoretically verifies the feasibility of REEbearing phosphate ore can be directly used for production of REE phosphate fertilizer.

STUDY ON TOURISM ECOLOGICAL POVERTY
TANG Shan-mao, BAO Qing-qing , WANG Ying
Resources & Industries    2009, 11 (6): 96-98.
Abstract2393)      PDF(pc) (1348KB)(1274)       Save

The development of tourism resources is a complicated progress of economic, social and environmental effect, which largely relies on resources and environment. The deteriorating tourism environment and pollution from green industries make the sustainable development of tourism a focus. This paper, based on the scientific concept of development, combines the poverty theory with sustainable development theory of tourism, presents a concept of tourism ecological poverty, and gives its definition, expands its connection to the sustainable development of tourism that the unsustainable development of tourism will lead to a tourism ecological poverty, and that the tourism ecological poverty is a consequence of the unsustainable development of tourism.
