我国基层地质勘探单位人力资源供给影响因素及对策研究

摘要:

我国经济的快速发展对地勘行业人力资源提出了更高的要求。目前地质勘探人力资源最大的来源是地质类高校或是地质专业的学生,由于种种原因,地质专业的招生以及相应的地质行业特别是基层地质单位的人力资源供给出现了不足的现象。本文以基层地勘单位人力资源供给为研究对象,就通常所关注的薪酬和工作环境因素进行实证研究,指出对于薪酬的满意程度会影响毕业生去基层单位工作的选择,工作环境因素的影响并不显著。论文从制度经济学角度提出改善基层地勘单位人力资源供给的具体建议,包括提高薪酬、实施项目制和在大中城市设立研究单位等。

Abstract:

China's fast economic development needs a high level of geological human resources, who are currently most from geological universities or geological major. Due to some causes, geological units especially the basic geological units are short of geological human resources. This paper, based on the supply of human resources to basic geological units, studies the salary and working environment that the geological human resources are mainly concerned, concludes that the salary satisfaction plays a key role for geological graduates to select to work in a basic geological unit, but the working environment is not a big factor. This paper gives a suggestion improving the supply of human resources to basic geological units, including increasing salary, project management and setting up institutes in medium-big cities.
