摘要：

海岸带环境承载力是海岸带可持续发展研究的重要内容，也是进行海岸带可持续发展评价的重要基础。简要介绍了环境承载力的概念与内涵，阐述了环境承载力与可持续发展的关系，并根据其实质对海岸带环境承载力的概念、内涵、指标体系和评价概念模型进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:

The coastal zone environmental loading (CZEL) is a key content and also a vital basis to assess the sustainable development of coastal zones. This paper gives a brief introduction to the concept and connotation of environmental loading, expands its relationship with the sustainable development, and studies the concept, connotation, index system and assessment model of CZEL.
