农用地分等中产量比系数确定的研究

摘要:

采用对比分析方法对农用地分等中产量比确定中存在的问题进行研究,研究结果显示:提出分层设置基准作物,在国家层面确定小麦、玉米和水稻3种作物作为基准作物,国家产量比系数确定以作物提供的热量比进行确定,以水稻的热量比为1,玉米和小麦的热量与水稻的热量相比确定;省级基准作物根据熟制确定,对应熟制确定基准作物和指定作物,产量比系数采用对应的基准作物最高产量与指定作物最高产量比进行确定;以上海市为例,按照分级确定产量比系数能更好地反应区域农用地利用等别的质量差异,依据分级确定的产量比系数进行标准粮测算,能更好地反应区域农用地生产能力的实际。

Abstract:

This paper by means of comparison discusses the existing issues in determining the productive ratio in farmland classification, and presents approaches to setting basic crops for various levels: (1) nationally, to select wheat, corn and rice as the basic crops based on their thermal ratio with rice thermal ratio 1; (2) provincially, to select basic crops according to the mature system with regard to their productive ratios between highest crop and specified ones. This paper, taking Shanghai as a case study, determines the productive ratio which can reflect the farmland classification quality and can be applied to forecast the standard crop production with a closer reaching to the practical output in regional farmlands.
