论矿产资源储量分类标准修订中的几个原则问题

摘要:

我国现行的固体矿产资源储量1999分类标准,由于地质可靠程度G轴定位缺陷,引起执行中的不少问题。修订1999分类标准要抓住要害,突出重点,厘清G轴的两个层次。与联合国1997分类框架接轨,G轴的含义是勘查阶段,而块段级别应保留在我国国家系统。正本清源,既可消除混乱,与管理体制相适应,又能正确进行国际对比。学习外国经验要结合中国国情,坚持洋为中用,不能跟在外国人后面转。要强化标准修订的内部推动,注意总结本国执行中的新情况新问题,加以改进。同时保持名称术语的相对稳定。

Abstract:

The currently-used 1999 Solid Mineral Resources and Reserves Classification Code has induced some issues due to its absence of geological confidence G. To revise this code means to clarify the two levels of G. In order to meet the UN's 1997 classification framework, G means the exploration stage. Block level shall still be remained in China's system. It is important that the Chinese Code be compared with global codes, and at the same time, be remained stable in its terms.
