摘要：

我国的钨矿储量和产量均居世界第一，在国际贸易中也具有非常重要的地位，但我国钨矿产品在世界上却没有相应的话语权。为扭转这种局势，国家应加强对该行业的宏观调控，加快企业整合，减少产品生产和出口，促使资源优势转化为经济优势。本文针对钨矿在开发过程中存在的问题，从经济、法律、行政、社会和人才角度对我国钨矿资源的开发提出相关意见和对策。

关键词: 钨矿；宏观调控；开发管理

Abstract:

China ranks the No.1 Tungsten resource and production in the world, holding a paramount position in the international trade, but no priority to decide the trading prices. Chinese governments, in order to alter this situation, shall exert a strong control over the tungsten industry, to accelerate enterprises integration and to decrease production and export, which can turn resources advantages into economic advantages. This paper, aims at the issues during tungsten development and utilization, presents suggestions and approaches from economic, legal, administrative, social and human resource views.
