侯马市农村居民点土地置换潜力分区评价

摘要:

农村居民点土地置换,是实现土地集约节约的有效手段,是解决当前用地指标严重不足、结构布局不合理的必然要求。利用侯马市农村土地调查数据库,对影响农村居民点置换潜力的地形地貌、交通条件、城镇化环境、经济发展状况等因素进行了系统分析和评价,构建了农村居民点置换潜力评价的指标体系,用系统聚类的方法计算得到了各个村庄的农村居民点置换潜力综合评价值,将侯马市农村居民点置换潜力划分为三级三区,并针对每一级别村庄的特点确定了2010年、2020年的人均建设用地标准。

Abstract:

Rural residential land replacement is an effective means in land intensive use and is an approach to the insufficient land use index and irrational structure. This paper, based on Houma,s rural land survey data, evaluates their terrain, transportation, urban environment and economy, sets up an index system to mark the replacement potentials, and uses system clustering to calculate the comprehensive values, which is employed to divide Houma,s rural residential land replacement potentials into three hierarchies and three zones, and determines the construction land use standard per capital for each hierarch village in 2010 and 2020.
