城市地下空间资源质量评估的矢量单元法研究:以深圳市宝安区为例

A CASE STUDY ON BAOAN DISTRICT OF SHENZHEN: VECTOR ELEMENT METHOD IN EVALUATING URBAN UNDERGROUND SPACE QUALITY

摘要:

基于GIS的城市地下空间综合评价中大多采用栅格单元法,需事先划分边界固定的单元,单元大小控制着评价精度,经常在同一单元中产生数据矛盾或数据缺乏,评价成果的图形表达呈锯齿阶梯状;亦有人采用改进型可变栅格单元法,可变单元法通过对某些重点或敏感部位加密剖分,较好地解决了数据冗余与精度要求的矛盾,近来得到广泛应用;而矢量单元法完全基于各评价因子的实际边界,具有单元边界清晰、评估结果准确的特点,但由于其单元大小和形状不一、边界复杂、空间运算难以实现。本文依据深圳市宝安区地下空间资源质量评估实际工程,介绍了在GIS平台中采用矢量单元法实现模糊综合评价的一种新方法,指出了该方法评价计算的关键步骤和属性数据库结构设计的实现技术,为矢量单元法的利用提供示范。

Abstract:

GIS is frequently used to evaluate the urban underground space by mostly-used raster element, which needs to divide a fixed boundary unit controlling accuracy by its size. However, this method often produces conflicting data with a zigzag graph. Some scholars applied variable raster element, after being improved, which resolve the conflict between data redundancy and accuracy through splitting the key or sensitive area into smaller units, and extensively being used. A new method, vector element is developed based on their actual boundary, but with complicated shapes and sizes. This paper, based on a case study on Baoan district of Shenzhen, gives an introduction to the GISbased vector element method as a new means of fuzzy evaluation, presents the key technical processes in database structure design and offers an example of using vector element method.
