Abstract:

Yongcheng city is characterized by deficient land store, underdeveloped land, over-used per capital land. This paper reveals that there are some problems in land utilization like low per capital area, low utilization ratio, and degraded quality, summarizes the land utilization management, and presents an objective and principle to protect the farmlands, and offers an approach to the sustainable development of land utilization.

摘要：

文章在简述永城市土地后备资源不足、深度开发较低、人均用地超标等利用特征基础上，分析了土地利用中存在的人地矛盾突出、利用率不高、质量退化等问题，总结了土地利用管理经验，提出了耕地保护的目标、原则及其实现土地可持续利用的对策。
