Abstract:

This paper, based on the basic connotation of land consolidation, expands the principles, contents and methods of land development and consolidation, establishes a set of index system to evaluate the land development and consolidation project quality. Taking Jiangsu province as a case study, this paper evaluates nearly 300 land development and consolidation projects with the results indicating that the general quality is good, and presents some suggestions to improve the land development and consolidation project quality.

摘要：

在分析土地开发整理项目质量基本内涵的基础上，阐明了土地开发整理项目质量评价的原则、内容和方法，建立了土地开发整理项目质量评价指标体系。以江苏省为例，对江苏省近年来300个土地开发整理项目质量进行了初步评价。结果表明，江苏省土地开发整理项目质量总体良好，并就进一步提高土地开发整理项目质量提出了初步建议。
