Abstract:

Wuhan megalopolis, Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan urban group were determined to be a comprehensive reform trial region of resources-saving and environment-friendly society by National Development and Reform Committee by the end of 2007. Wuhan currently has officially started this construction. This paper analyzes the connotation, studies the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, and presents a strategy to construct the resources-saving and environment-friendly society in Wuhan megalopolis.

摘要：

2007年底，武汉城市圈和长（长沙）株（株洲）潭（湘潭）城市群被国家发展和改革委员会确定为全国资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设综合配套改革试验区。目前，武汉城市圈“两型社会”建设已正式起步，正确理解“两型社会”的内涵，认识武汉城市圈发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战，提出可供参考的发展战略，为武汉城市圈“两型社会”建设提供有益探索。
