Abstract:

Mining minerals possibly has a big impact over eco-environment. In order to rationally mine the minerals and to guarantee the social and economic demands to minerals, it is necessary to carry out the sustainable development strategy during mining. This paper analyzes the current status of mine eco-environment and discusses the policies in enhancing mine environmental recovery and rehabilitation.

摘要：

矿产资源的开发，有可能对生态环境产生重大影响。为有效地保护和合理开发利用矿产资源，保障福建省国民经济和社会发展对矿产资源的需求，保护福建省矿山生态环境，在进行矿产资源的开发时，要认真贯彻可持续发展的思想，对生态环境进行保护与治理。本文在分析福建省生态环境保护现状的基础上，对加强矿山环境恢复与治理政策进行了探讨和研究。
