Abstract:

As tourism develops, the capital becomes a vital factor in Xinjiang tourism. This paper expands the investment in Xinjiang tourism, sets up an evaluation system, and analyzes dynamically the investment environment in Xinjiang tourism during recent decade by means of standard deviation decision, qualitatively, reveals that the tourism investment environment has been improved year by year and its sub-systems are still in improvement.

摘要：

随着旅游业的发展，资金已经成为影响新疆旅游业发展的重要制约因素，本文阐述了新疆旅游业的投资概况，并建立评价指标体系，运用均方差决策法对新疆近10年的旅游业投资环境进行了定性的动态评价分析。结果显示：新疆旅游业投资环境基本逐年改善，且各子系统也处于逐步改善的阶段。
