Abstract:

This paper, based on the classification of geoparks, distinguishes the concepts of geoparks and paleontologic parks, and expands the significance of establishing national paleontologic parks. Currently, the national paleontologic parks are characterized by increasing quantities, uneven distribution areas, scarce unified planning, trite brands, poor technical and capital support, laggard management. This paper presents some approaches to the development and protection of paleontologic parks from a rational planning, management, public propaganda, legislation and digitalization construction.

摘要：

本文从地质公园分类的角度出发，界定了地质公园与古生物类国家地质公园概念，阐述了古生物类国家地质公园的意义，分析了古生物类国家地质公园数量持续增长、地域分布不均、缺乏统一规划、品牌优势不突出、技术与资金投入缺乏、管理体制有待更新等发展现状。针对以上问题，从合理规划园区、完善管理体制、公众宣传、加强立法、数字化建设等方面，对古生物类国家地质公园开发与保护提出相应的对策及建议。
