Abstract:

This paper gives an introduction to the tourism in Dongjiang lake resort, makes a survey on residents' perceptions in lives quality, psychological status and environmental quality, and their attitude towards tourism development, with the results indicating that the tourism in Dongjiang lake resort is still in the developing stage, and that the residents in local community have a positive recognition to tourism more than negative, displaying a support to develop the tourism. This paper presents a suggestion enhancing communication with residents, establishing community involvement, regulating the tourists' behaviors to make sure a sustainable development.

摘要：

本文对东江湖旅游业发展状况作了初步分析，深入调查研究了景区居民在生活质量、心理状态和环境质量方面的感知以及他们对旅游发展的总体态度。结果表明，东江湖景区还处于旅游生命周期的“发展阶段”，社区居民对旅游的正面感知明显强于负面感知，对旅游业的发展总体上持较为理智的支持态度。最后建议通过加强与居民沟通、建立社区参与等机制、规范游客行为等措施来调控旅游的可持续发展。
