Abstract:

This paper, aiming at an unreasoning foreign mining investment of Chinese mining units, by means of core competence theory and FDI theory, clarifies the connotation of the core competence of Chinese mining units to develop foreign resources, applies the matrix method to position the core competence of Chinese mining units, and presents that the international resources integration is the core competence based on a case study.

摘要:

文章针对中国矿业企业盲目“走出去”投资开发境外资源的现状,结合核心竞争力理论和FDI理论,对中国矿业企业境外资源开发核心能力的内涵进行了界定;运用矩阵图法对中国企业境外资源开发的核心能力进行定位。提出国际资源整合能力是中国企业境外资源开发的核心能力并进行了实证分析。
