Abstract:

To develop mine's substitutable industries in western Beijing area is facing with advantages and disadvantages. Among many substitutable industries, appropriate industries which can be selected include ecological industry, tourism, agriculture, special breeding, modern business, modern logistics, construction, urban service, specialized costume, beverage and food, new green and high-tech building materials. The major ways to develop mines substitutable industries need an optimization on policies, market, ecologcial and social environments.

京西地区发展矿山替代产业有其有利条件和不利条件，同时也面临着各种困难，需要借助AHP方法，在众多的可替代产业中选择适宜发展的产业。通过筛选，可以作为京西矿山替代产业的有生态涵养产业、旅游业、设施农业、特色养殖业、现代商业、现代物流产业、建筑业、城市服务业、有特色的服装服饰产业、食品饮料行业，新型节能、环保、绿色高新建材产业等。发展矿山替代产业要优化政策环境、市场环境、生态环境和社会环境。
