Abstract:

Geological work is the basic and supported work for economic and social development. There are unprecedented opportunities for mineral explorations in new period. The deficiency in the ideological understanding and system design and implementation levels leads to a lack of basic support for geological prospecting and the geological science and technology innovation, a poor geological work management system, and lagging mining policies, so we should speed up construction of mining rights market, integrate mining companies interior with exterior dynamic, strengthen national macro-control, improve service level of geological exploration, promote technological innovation and human resources training, and create favorable external environment to achieve breakthroughs in prospecting.

新时期我国地质找矿工作面临着前所未有的机遇，但由于在思想认识和制度设计及执行层面上还存在不足，导致地质找矿突破缺乏基础保障，地质科技创新能力不足，地质工作管理体制不畅，矿政管理制度滞后等问题。现阶段急需加快矿业权市场建设，实现矿业企业的内外动力结合，加强国家宏观调控，提高地质勘查服务水平，推动科技创新和人才培养，维护和创造良好的地质勘查外部环境，实现找矿突破。
