Abstract:

China’s stock market has no mining sector, difficult in financing for mining companies due to their large-scale investment and long-term return. The lack of capital limits the sustainable development of China’s mining industry. To set up the mining sector in stock market can help mining companies in financing and achieving their development targets. Now all conditions to set up the mining sector are well prepared, thus the progress can be accelerated. This paper analyzes the necessity, feasibility, and practice  to set up the mining sector in stock market, providing a reference to drive the construction of capital market and financing for mining industry.

摘要：

一直以来，中国由于没有单独的矿业板，很难给矿业企业融资提供便利。矿业是投资规模大、见效周期长的产业。当前，制约中国矿业全面、协调、可持续发展的一个重要因素，就是缺乏资金。设立矿业板，可使矿业企业借助资本市场，筹集发展资金，实现发展目标。考虑到开设矿业板的各方面条件已日益齐备，应加快这一进程。本文分析了通过矿业板块建设矿业资本市场的必要性、可行性和现实性，为推动矿业资本市场建设，实现矿业融资建言献策。
