Abstract:

This paper, according to industrial economy and regional economy theories, applies factor analysis and SPSS12.0 software to select four factors to analyze their industrial structuretransformation capability in 20 resourcesbased cities in western five provinces, and compares their velocities and directions, and shows that Ordos and Jiuquan cities rank top, and presents suggestionsand approaches to upgrading industrial structure transformation in resourcesbased cities according to their features and status.

摘要：

依据产业经济学和区域经济学的理论，运用因子分析方法，利用SPSS12.0软件，选取了4个影响产业结构转换能力的一般因素，来进一步分析西部地区五省20座资源型城市的产业结构转换能力，并对城市产业结构转换的速度和方向进行比较分析。结果表明在西部20个资源型城市中，鄂尔多斯和酒泉的产业结构转换能力较强，最后，根据不同资源型城市的资源特征和产业结构发展现状,提出资源型城市产业结构转换升级的对策与建议。
