Abstract:

Performance evaluation of Changzhou's new energy industry can provide reference for constructing diversified investing channels and improving industrial policies. This paper, based on Changzhou's background and situation of new energy industries, uses input/output data of new energy industries in 2008 and 2009, DEA model and DEAP2.1 software to analyze the performance, which has been proven well. In addition, it is suggested that the performance of new energy industry in Changzhou should be improved by such methods as stipulating industrial development program, establishing the service system of technology innovation, improving financial systems and setting up industrial bases.

摘要:

评价常州市新能源产业绩效,以期为该地区构建多元化的、多渠道的投入体系,完善产业政策提供依据。在研究常州市新能源产业发展背景、现状的基础上,根据常州市2008年和2009年新能源产业投入产出数据,利用DEA模型以及DEAP21软件对新能源产业投入绩效进行实证分析。结果表明,常州市新能源产业取得了较好的投入绩效。此外,提出通过制定新能源产业发展规划,建设技术创新服务体系,完善金融体制以及建立产业基地等途径,进一步提高新能源产业的投入产出效率。
