Abstract:

After the previous minerals resources consolidation, mining enterprises have been largely decreased in quantity, but their size and intensive level have been improved, which benefits to their mining technology, development, safety equipments and mine environment. The global economic crisis has big impact on China's enterprises, resulting in a low market, making a full stop production or half. This could be a opportunity for mineral resources consolidation. This paper discusses how to carry out the mineral resource consolidation under the economic crisis, and presents approaches.

摘要：

经过前一时期的矿产资源开发整合，我国矿业企业数量明显减少，矿山企业规模化、集约化水平明显提高，矿产资源不断向开采技术先进、开发利用水平高、安全生产装备条件好和矿区生态环境得到有效保护的优势企业集聚。2008年下半年由美国次贷危机引起的金融危机席卷全球，对我国包括矿业在内的实体经济造成了巨大影响，矿业市场疲软，大部分矿山处于停产半停产状态。这恰恰给矿产资源开发整合和矿业企业做大做强带来了良机。本文通过调查研究，针对金融危机背景下如何深入开展矿产资源开发整合工作，提出了解决问题的思路。
