Abstract:

The land development and consolidation is now surging. How to manage the capital is a big task during land development and consolidation. This paper, based on the existing issues, presents some detailed approaches to financial surveillance and gives some suggestions ensuring the capital safety, aiming at provide references for the future capital management.

摘要：

江苏省土地开发整理事业正如火如荼地进行着，如何管好、用好土地开发整理项目的资金，确保资金高效、安全运行，已成为摆在我们面前的一个重大课题。本文通过对当前江苏省土地开发整理项目资金管理存在问题的分析，提出了加强项目资金监管的具体措施，并就如何更好地确保资金使用安全提出了建议，希望对今后的项目资金管理工作起到一定的借鉴作用。
