Abstract:

Yongfu county abounds in mineral resources with a big proportion of mining industry in its economy. However, the development is still poor, small mines, low comprehensive utilization level, and worsening mine environment.This paper discusses the sustainable development of the mining industry, presents some suggestions controlling on total production quantity of mineral resources, planning the mining areas, optimizing the industrial structures, protecting the mine environment, establishing the rehabilitation and compensation system, and developing the recycling economy, for the sake of sustainable development of mining industry, ecological agriculture and ecological tourism industry.

摘要：

永福县矿产资源丰富，矿业经济在国民经济中占有较大比例。但矿产资源开发利用方式粗放，矿山规模小，资源综合利用水平不高，矿山环境问题严峻。本文从永福县的实际出发，对该县矿业经济的可持续发展进行探讨，提出了实行矿产资源开采总量调控，合理布局、分区开采，优化资源产业结构，建立矿山环境保护及恢复治理补偿机制，发展循环经济的建议，从而实现矿业经济与生态农业、生态旅游业相协调的可持续发展。
