Abstract:

This paper uses tourists satisfaction method to analyze the tourism ecological poverty in Lijiang River Resort quantitatively, establishes a conceptional model of tourists satisfaction index (TSI), and makes a survey on tourists satisfaction towards ecological situations in Lijiang River Resort, which shows that the tourist environment of Lijiang can not meet tourists needs. The water environment and touring means are the key factors which limit tourists satisfaction

摘要：

运用游客满意度的方法对漓江景区旅游生态贫困进行了定量分析。建立桂林漓江景区旅游者满意度指数（TSI）的概念模型，并对漓江的游客进行了满意度调查。结果显示，漓江景区的旅游生态环境不能满足游客的需求，漓江的水环境和游览方式是制约游客满意度的关键因素，也是导致旅游生态贫困的重要原因。
