Abstract:

Geological data information is an important foundation for economic and social development as well as the basic element and carrier of geological prospecting. Under new situation, the management of geological data has been unable to meet the needs of social development, so we should enhance the scale of geological data and the level of information services through geological data clustering and industrializing. The appropriate policies and measures should be carried out according to the four steps, geological survey, data concurrent, information development, information services, which can achieve concentration of geological data and objectives of geological data and information service, and improve the service scale and level of geological data information.

摘要：

地质资料信息是经济社会发展的重要基础资源，是地质找矿成果的载体和重要基础要素。新形势下，地质资料的管理模式已经不能适应社会发展的需要，需要通过地质资料信息服务集群化和产业化提升地质资料信息服务规模和水平。构建地质资料信息服务集群化产业化政策体系需要从地质勘查、资料汇交、资料开发、信息服务4个环节入手，分别制定相应的政策措施，实现提高地质资料信息的集中程度，实现地质资料开发和信息服务新机制的目标，提升地质资料信息服务规模和水平。
