Abstract:
To keep a sustainable development of Uranium mining becomes an urgent point. This paper, based on data and features of Uranium mining and production, analyzes the capabilities and constraints of sustainable development of uranium mining sector from resources, technology, environment and human resources, and presents some approaches. Uranium resource is a vital material base for Uranium metallurgical enterprises, the utilization level is the core, environmental protection is the precondition and human resources are the guarantee. In order to keep a sustainable development of Uranium mining sector, uranium enterprises shall make an overall planning, cast investments, follow the recycling economy, establish a balanced industrial link and enhance training of human resources.

摘要:
实现铀矿业可持续发展是我国面临的紧迫问题。文章借助于相关文献资料结合铀矿业生产特点和现行的运行模式,以可持续发展思想为指导,重点从资源、生产技术、生态环境、人才等几个方面,分析铀矿业可持续发展能力及制约因素,并得出相应的对策。认为资源问题是铀矿冶企业可持续发展的重要物质基础,资源开发利用水平是铀矿冶企业可持续发展的核心,生态环境的保护是铀矿冶企业可持续发展的前提,高素质的人才是铀矿冶企业可持续发展的保障。为了确保地区铀矿业的可持续发展,铀矿业需要对资源进行统筹规划,加大科技投入,以循环经济为指导,建立全面均衡的产业链,加强与改进人才培养机制等。
