Abstract:

This paper, based on the 1997—2008 statistical land and economic data, applies statistical analysis and regression analysis to study the interaction between land use changes and industrial development in Chongqing city, concludes that the first industry decreases as farmlands; the second and the third industry increases as construction lands, but different in correlation function between circle and biflanks; the marginal urban land use displays a fluctuant descend indicating an increased land intensive use level but with an outstanding regional difference. The land use changes can reflect the industrial development, which means that the land use shall be allocated with industrial development.

摘要：

研究目的：基于1997—2008年土地利用变更数据和社会经济统计数据，分析重庆市土地利用变化与产业发展的内在关联。研究方法：统计分析法、回归分析法。研究结果：重庆市第一产业比重与农用地面积呈同质减少趋势；二、三产业增加值与建设用地面积呈正相关关系，但“一圈”与“两翼”地区两者的关联函数不同；二、三产业的边际城镇用地呈波动性递减趋势，说明城镇建设用地集约利用水平逐渐提高，但区域异质性明显。研究结论：土地利用变化与产业发展呈现显著的同步变化趋势，应结合产业发展实际合理调控土地利用配置格局。
