全球铜矿资源格局分析

Abstract:

This paper, based on copper reserve pattern, production control pattern and main copper producers stake information, analyzes the copper market features that the wholly-state-owned Chalco ranks top among copper producers, Europe, Latin and North America are three sources of copper. Merge and acquisition in cooper enterprises, transfield investments are prevailing. It is concluded that the global copper pattern can not be altered in a short term, cooper giants merge and acquisition will lead to monopolization, and diversified investment occur in cooper producers, and funds are increasing. This paper presents suggestions for China's copper mining.

摘要：

以铜矿资源的储量格局、产量控制格局及主要铜矿公司股权信息为基础，分析当前全球铜矿资源格局中市场主体的特点，当前国有全资的智利国家铜业是全球最大的铜矿资源控制企业，欧洲、拉丁美洲和北美是三大主要生产商来源地，铜矿企业兼并购、跨领域投资规模日渐增大。对未来铜矿资源发展形势加以预判，得出如下结论:铜矿资源格局短期内不可改变；大型铜矿企业并购加剧行业垄断；铜矿生产控制企业性质多元化，基金机构增多。从全球铜矿资源格局的分析及对未来铜矿行业发展预判结论，提出对我国铜矿行业发展的建议。
