乡村振兴背景下废弃矿山生态修复与综合开发利用模式探讨与实践

Abstract: This paper takes Xingrong Shale Mine in Donghe Town, Wangcang County as a case study, aiming to deeply analyze the current situation of its geological environment, identify the challenges faced by ecological restoration of mine wasteland, and explore the potential value of mine wasteland under the strategic framework of rural revitalization, and put forward scientific and reasonable ecological restoration and comprehensive development strategies, with a view to realizing win-win situation of ecological and economic benefits and promoting high-quality development of the countryside. A combination of field investigation, data analysis and case study is used to conduct the research, to conduct a comprehensive survey of the geological environment of the mining area, to assess the degree of ecological damage and to analyze the policy orientation of rural revitalization and the market demand, and to summarize the potential for comprehensive utilization of the mine waste land and the development concepts. Finally, we successfully proposed an ecological restoration and comprehensive development plan for Xingrong shale mine, which effectively improved the ecological environment of the mining area through the implementation of ecological restoration measures; and built a comprehensive service center for the whole chain of Yangmei plums by using the transformation of the old brick kiln and the integration of featured agriculture to promote the integration of agro-tourism and optimization of the structure of the rural industry, to enhance the efficacy of the e-commerce for poverty alleviation, and to inject a new vitality into the local economy. The study shows that in the context of rural revitalization, the ecological restoration and comprehensive development of mine wasteland has significant economic, social and ecological benefits, and through scientific and reasonable planning and implementation, it can effectively solve the ecological problems of mines and realize the transformation of ecological benefits into economic benefits. In addition, the results of this research provide a model for the ecological restoration and comprehensive development of similar mine wasteland, which is of great significance for promoting the ecological restoration of historical mines and the construction of ecological civilization, and lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the countryside, the increase of farmers' income, and the cultivation of the local economic growth point.

摘要: 本文以旺苍县东河镇兴荣页岩矿山为案例,旨在深入剖析其地质环境现状,识别矿山废弃地生态修复面临的挑战,并在乡村振兴的战略框架下,探索矿山废弃地的潜在价值,提出科学合理的生态修复及综合开发策略,以期实现生态效益与经济效益双赢,推动乡村高质量发展。采用实地调查、数据分析与案例研究相结合的方法进行研究,全面调查矿区地质环境、评估生态受损程度,并分析乡村振兴政策导向与市场需求,总结矿山废弃地综合利用潜力和开发理念。最终成功提出了针对兴荣页岩矿山的生态修复方案及综合开发方案,通过实施生态修复措施有效改善了矿区生态环境;利用旧砖窑改造与特色农业融合构建杨梅全链综合服务中心,促进了农旅融合和乡村产业结构优化,提升了电商扶贫效能,为当地经济注入了新活力。研究结果表明,在乡村振兴背景下,矿山废弃地生态修复与综合开发具有显著的经济、社会和生态效益,通过科学合理规划与实施。能够有效解决矿山生态问题,实现生态效益向经济效益。同时,本研究成果为同类矿山废弃地的生态修复与综合开发提供了可借鉴的模式,,对推进历史遗留矿山生态修复和生态文明建设具有重要意义,为乡村可持续发展、农民增收、及地方经济增长点的培育奠定了坚实基础。
